現在までの主な研究テーマ
i) 規模の経済のもとでの貿易理論の分析
規模の経済が存在する場合に、伝統的な国際貿易理論がどのように修正されるかを分析し、新たな理論的枠組みを提示する
ii) 開放経済における内生的経済成長論の分析
内生的経済成長の理論を開放経済に応用し、経済成長と産業・貿易構造の変化を分析する
iii) 不完全競争のもとでの貿易政策の分析
不完全競争のもとで、貿易政策（特に非関税障壁）が経済にどのような影響を及ぼすのかを分析する
iv) 貿易と環境の関係の分析
貿易や貿易政策が環境にどのような影響を及ぼすのか、環境政策が貿易にどのような影響を及ぼすのかを分析する
