We strongly ask all the participants to check if you need to apply for the visa for a short-term stay in Japan from the following page of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan.

as soon as possible if you need to obtain the visa. We need some information about the participants such as a schedule in Japan to prepare for the documents.
